Hey y'all! Thanks for dropping by!

I'm mostly an extrovert so meeting new people and making new friends is something I greatly enjoy. I say “mostly” though because being a mom and an entrepreneur makes me appreciate my me time and quiet moments more and more.

I like to say I’m fueled by Jesus + coffee + craft beer. Without Jesus, I wouldn’t even have this career that gets me meeting great people like you. And coffee & beer are simply a plus in this life! If you like one or both, we’ll get along pretty great. We’ll still get along even if you hate both! I forgive you.

I'm currently based in Packwood, WA and travel worldwide. I have a big heart for the mind blowing nature God put at our fingertips so my favorite thing is to get out in nature and do sessions in it. BUT that's not all I do. Ultimately, I get down on your comfort level and if that means taking photos right in your home then I'm there also!

My biggest goal is to make you feel comfortable in front of my camera AND to make you feel amazing while doing so! I don’t care if you think you’re not photogenic. I’m here to show you that you absolutely are! No matter who you are. I can’t wait to show you!

Here’s just a little backstory on how I got into this business. When I was a child, I loved taking pictures of everything. And I mean everything! (I get that from my mom.) Now my dad didn't share this same joy as me because back then it was all film and every snapshot I took...he knew he had to pay to develop. We love to look back on that time of my life now and see where it got me. Its a funny story to reflect on, but so rewarding to see a joy turn into a passion and that passion turn into a career!

A good snapshot keeps a moment from running away.

I believe that every photo tells a story and your story is worth capturing!

A little Q & A to get to know the person behind the lens

Share a little about yourself.

I’m a Believer, wife to Jimmy, and mom to our daughter Frankie and our mini Aussie, Kona. I love to adventure, travel, play sports and could pretty much live off of salmon!

How do you describe your photography style?

I’d say I am a happy medium between the light & airy look and the dark & moody. I love mixing the two to create the bold and vibrant look that’s also timeless. My tastes are always changing so I try to continually break out of the box with my creativity.

Where do you find inspiration for your photography?

I find most of my inspiration from my family since they’ve supported me through it all. The growth of my business wouldn't have happened without them from the start. After them, I find inspiration from other like-minded photographers. I’m a supporter of the idea of community over competition and I’m so thankful for the other photographers that believe in that also.

What are your favorite types of shoots?

I absolutely love couples and families! Getting to capture raw emotion and love gets me every single time. But now that I’m a wife and mama, it all means that much more to me to capture those special moments for you.

What type of gear do you use?

I’m a Canon gal through and through! I currently have a 5D Mark III and am in love with the full frame! It has been a game changer for my photography.  As for lenses, my go to is my 35mm.

What do you want people to see when they view your photography?

I want people to "feel" more than they "see" when they come across my photography. I want the understanding that every photo tells a story to be clear and for them to know that their photos should do just that!

What is a fun fact about you?

I love the show Survivor!! Survivor has been on since 2000 and I haven’t missed an episode. It’s been a part of my life for more than half my life now. My dream is to be on the show one day.
